How it works

Enter your 5K time. The calculator divides 5K distance by time for pace and speed metrics in both metric and imperial units.

Formula

Pace per km = Time (min) ÷ 5. Pace per mile = Time (min) ÷ 3.1. Speed km/h = 5 ÷ (Time ÷ 60). Speed mph = km/h × 0.621.
